At Ebebek, we want you and your little ones to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If a fashion item doesn't fit or meet your expectations, you can return it within 30 days of delivery in its original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Ebebek account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return to generate a return authorization number.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the unwashed and unworn clothing into the original packaging, ensuring all original store tags and labels are securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided in your account to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
